Payment Methods

Payment for all orders which exclude any Whirlpool Display Clearance item(s) sold on the CoconutTree website can be made via cash/cheque upon delivery, online with a Paypal, credit/debit card.

Payment for orders which include any Whirlpool Display Clearance item(s) can only be made online via credit card. If the payment option of "Cash/Cheque Upon Delivery" is selected, full payment by cash or cheque upon delivery will be required. Payment is in Singapore Dollars (SGD) only.

If payment by cash or cheque is not received in full upon delivery, CoconutTree reserves the right to remove all delivered items back to its warehouse. Strictly no change in payment method will be entertained upon delivery of product ordered.

Free Delivery

Purchase under $30 ships at $4.90. Purchase under $200 ships at $9.90. Free shipping with purchase over $200.

In the event that a single order has to be split into various delivery dates/locations/timings due to special requests and/or selection of delivery dates within the stated delivery lead-time period, all additional logistics charges will apply according to the above-stated guidelines, with each time of delivery per location considered as an individual order.

In the event that multiple delivery charges (as mentioned above) have to be levied, the highest delivery charge will prevail. 

Free delivery is only applicable within Singapore mainland from Mondays to Saturdays, excluding Sunday or public holidays. A surcharge of S$30 is applicable for delivery on Sunday or public holiday. 

In the event that the goods cannot be delivered on your preferred delivery date and/or timeslot due to reasons such as lack of stock from suppliers or scheduling difficulties, you will be notified as soon as possible. CoconutTree reserves the right to amend the delivery time. 

Delivery Dates and Timing 

The delivery time frame that you select online is only tentative. We request that you indicate your preference in delivery time frame in order to plan the delivery route, so the goods can be delivered at your convenience as a value-added service. You'll be informed of the estimated delivery time frame the day before the scheduled delivery if we are unable to keep to your preferred time frame. If you don't receive any phone call from us, it means that the delivery is scheduled to happen within your preferred time frame. 

You'll be contacted again 2 hours before delivery by the delivery team to confirm your presence at the delivery location and to notify you of our impending arrival.

We earnestly urge you to be present during the stipulated delivery time so as to be considerate to all other customers and we seek your understanding when it comes to delivery timings. 

CoconutTree reserves the right to change the delivery date and time should any unforeseen circumstances arise in the midst of delivery. While we endeavor to adhere to scheduled delivery timings and warrant to act within our means to notify you as soon as possible of any delays or difficulties, you acknowledge that you will, at no point in time, hold CoconutTree liable for any inconvenience, losses, damages, injury, charges, expenses and/or deaths that may arise from any delayed, postponed, incomplete or unfulfilled deliveries, to the extent permitted by Law.

Delivery Of Multiple Items

Most of our products are delivered directly from the manufacturers' factories, to reduce overheads so we can pass on these cash savings to you with lower prices. If you've ordered more than one item, you may receive the items separately, and at different delivery times, though in most cases, we'll arrange for all the items to be delivered in one truck. Should the items be delivered separately, you'll be informed in advance. 

Clearance Items/1 SET OFFERS 

There will be strictly no returns, refunds, exchanges or warranties for items which are under clearance or '1 SET OFFER', unless otherwise stated. The product descriptions of clearance items and '1 SET OFFER's clearly state their defects (if any). A compulsory, non-refundable delivery charge of S$30 is applicable should you reject or cancel the order of a clearance item or '1 SET OFFER' upon delivery. 

Changing of Delivery Dates 

Changes in delivery date should be made via email to support@coconuttreelighting.com.sg at least 48hours before the stipulated delivery timing. Please provide your order invoice number, which can be found in the confirmation email sent to you.

Changing of Items

Any changes to items in the order should be done via email tosupport@coconuttreelighting.com.sg within 72 hours after placing a order. Please provide your order invoice number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to you. Orders of customised items cannot be changed once they are confirmed.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation of orders should be done via email to support@coconuttreelighting.com.sg within 5 working days before delivery. Please provide your order invoice number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to you. Cancellation is not allowed for customised items after confirmation of order. 

However, many of our products are shipped direct from the manufacturer to you. We go out of our way to ship as quickly as possible and will make every attempt to cancel your order. We will need to confirm with the individual manufacturer that your order has not been shipped. Once we have confirmation that the order has been cancelled, we will credit your credit card. 

If we are not able to cancel your order due to late cancellation and it has already been shipped, please do not refuse the shipment as this could result in cancellation fees being assessed and levied. Damage Policy

We advise our customers to inspect the goods carefully for damages before making payment. Though rare, there is a possibility of manufacturing defects or goods being damaged during transportation. You have the right to reject the merchandise upon delivery at no cost or arrange for an exchange (this does not apply to clearance items). 

Minor scratches and dents are considered touch-up issues. In such rare cases, the merchandise will be touched up, repaired or replaced. 

You also have the right to reject the merchandise immediately if the piece delivered is different from that depicted in the product description or picture you saw online.

Return Policy

We accept returns for all non-customized, non-clearance items.

Simply bring the merchandise back to us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Merchandise should be unused, undamaged, in a re-sellable condition and with original packaging/ plastic cover fully intact. you.

ConconutTree has the full discretion to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit for return.

If you are unable to bring back the merchandise, transportation can be arranged to bring the item(s) back to our warehouse for re-inventory. Restocking Fees are at $20-50 per item that based on the item weight.

Refund Policy

Merchandise can be brought back to CoconutTree. A full refund can be effected from Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays) together
with proof of purchase within seven (7) days of purchase. Please note the Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment as the original 
payment. You are able to receive the refund in 1-7 days’ time in general. Please be aware that delivery charges are not refundable which is at 
10% of item value. 

If your item arrived damaged or you received the incorrect item, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. Request for a replacement
by emailing us at support@coconuttreelighting.com.sg or call us at 67026486. If you decide not have a replacement, you can get 100% full refund 
without deduct 10% delivery charges. 

CoconutTree has the full discretion to decide whether the item is suitable for refund and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are 
deemed unfit for refund. 

Should transportation be required, restocking charges as spelt out under the Return Policy will apply. 
Clearance and customised items are strictly non-refundable.


Exchange Policy

Merchandise can be exchanged for products which are of the same or greater price value within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise for exchange should be strictly unused, no damage, is in re-sellable condition and with original packaging/ plastic cover intact to be eligible for exchange. 

Should you, the customer, choose to exchange the existing merchandise for a piece of a higher price, you are to top-up the difference in price.Proof of Purchase 

Upon successful placement of your order, an order acknowledgment containing the invoice will be sent to the email address that you've provided in the online order form. We advise you to keep the email or print the invoice out, as these are your receipts and proofs of purchase. You will also receive a hard copy of the invoice upon delivery and you will be required to endorse on the invoice after you have received the merchandise in a good condition.

Warranty

Our lighting comes with 12 months’ warranty on manufacturing defects (not including wear and tear or misuse), unless otherwise stated. If you detect any manufacturing defects or damages which are not due to misuse or wear and tear, take a picture of the problem and send it tosupport@coconuttreelighting.com.sg
with a brief explanation of the problem, including the order invoice number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to you, and the date of your purchase. 
We will contact you and arrange for our service team to assess the situation. In most cases, repairs will be done. If it is deemed beyond repair by the service team, we will exchange the product for an identical one, or a similar one of equal or greater price, depending on availability. 

CoconutTree reserves the right to make the final decision on whether to repair or exchange the product, as well as the replacement product, should an exchange be decided on. 

Our LED lighting normally comes with manufacturer’s warranty of 24 months on manufacturing defects(not including wear and tear or misuse). 

Warranties do not cover wrongly assembled products that are assembled by you, the customer.

Your access to and use of CoconutTree’s Website and the products and services (hereby collectively known as “Services”) available through this Website are subject to the following terms and conditions. By using our Services, you agree to all of the Terms and Conditions of Use, as may be updated by us without prior notice. CoconutTree reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of Use at its sole discretion.

Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and CoconutTree reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Services without prior notice. CoconutTree will not be held liable if, for any reason, this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
